Using published literature on disease risk, we developed an application that utilized personal medical record data from Google Health and Microsoft Healthvault to predict the risk of disease. We developed risk models for Cardiovascular disease and, Hypertension, and Diabetes using the literature and then used that data to present risk profiles for the user.
